Returns & Refunds

Request a return from your website order within 14 days after delivery. All requests require review.
Eligible voluntary returns must be unworn, unused and unaltered, with tags and original packaging. Include a written explanation, product and usage details, and relevant photos.
For non-merchant-responsibility returns, you pay return shipping and we provide the label. Requests initially show a US$7 base fee, subject to adjustment after review. No additional processing or restocking fees.
For verified merchant-responsibility issues, we waive the return shipping fee and provide a prepaid return label at our expense if a return is required.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
