Order Processing

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During holidays, promotional events or other high-volume periods, processing or delivery may require an additional 2–3 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

United States

• Standard Shipping: Free; estimated transit time of 5–7 business days.
• Fast Shipping: $12; estimated transit time of 2–5 business days.

International Orders

• Standard International Shipping: $20; estimated transit time of 10–15 business days.

Shipping availability is based on the delivery address. If we currently ship to your destination, the available option will appear at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and dispatched. They are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including severe weather, carrier delays, customs inspections, local service disruptions or an incomplete delivery address. The shipping method and estimate displayed at checkout will apply to your order.

International Shipping, Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees or handling charges imposed by the destination country or region. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the $20 shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs processing may extend the estimated delivery time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier’s tracking system to display its first update.

We recommend checking the email address used when placing your order for shipping notifications.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you need to request an address correction, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Onnat Hair is not responsible for delivery delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, or your package appears to be delayed or missing, please contact us. We will help review the available tracking information and, where appropriate, open an inquiry with the shipping carrier.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors and the local carrier before contacting us.
